<p>I will be covering the 4 cities in the northern part of South Korea for this road trip.</p>



<p>Chuncheon, Sokcho and Wonju are within Gangwon Province, which is in the northeastern corner of the country while Suwon is in Gyeonggi Province, which is northwest of Seoul and therefore also in the northern region of South Korea.</p>



<p>With all accommodation and rental car booking settled, I am now ready to embark on this adventure.</p>

<p>My abode for tonight. I really loved the big, clean and spacious room. This time round, the toilet is space friendly too unlike the last time I stayed. Also, they provide for decent bath towel instead of just hand towel previously.</p>

<p>Visited The Garden of Morning Calm, an arboretum and botanical garden located at the foot of Mount Chukryeong. I did not manage to finish off this attraction when I last visited as I only managed to cover Nami Island and Petite France back then.</p>

<p>Street food stall selling &#8220;Makgeolli Sulppang&#8221;. This stall is known for its &#8220;Sokcho-style Makgeolli Sulppang&#8221; and has been featured on various Korean television programs, including SBS, KBS, and MBC.</p>

<p>This is really good stuff. Best consume when piping hot. We tried this as it is a much smaller piece compared to the Makgeolli Sulppang where it only sells in a big piece.</p>

<p>Seoraksan, or Mount Seorak, is the highest mountain in the Taebaek mountain range in the Gangwon Province in eastern South Korea.</p>

<p>I was supposed to be checking in at Hotel Amiang Wonju. However, when I reached the hotel, I was informed by the staff that they are not accepting reservation as their hotel is currently undergoing renovation due to a recent fire broke out. ð±</p>



<p>As such, I have to make last minute reservation booking for my night stay here in Wonju. Thankfully I managed to find one and this new one is also centrally located in the city (a much better location than the previous one).</p>

<p>Before that, I will make a trip to Sogeumsan Suspension Bridge. It is one of the main attractions of Wonju, known for its scenic views and thrilling experience.</p>

All you need is 3 to 4 hours to enjoy and experience the full walking trail with photo stops when you are here. Definitely worth your while to do so. ð</p>
