		</div><p>Straits Chinese Restaurant is the oldest Nonya Restaurant in Singapore. It is by no means easy to look for an authentic Nonya cuisine and I must agree that their Nonya food is pretty authentic and tasty.</p>

<p>This restaurant is extremely popular with tourists and you will get to see bus loads of tourists being sent here for lunches and dinners.</p>

<p>Keropok (Prawn Cracker) &#8211; Great start for the meal. Goes extremely well by dipping it with the sambal belacan.</p>

<p>Sambal Belacan &#8211; Star of the meal. Trust me, it is going to blow you off. It can go well with the white rice on its own too.</p>

<p>Sambal Sotong &#8211; Sweet based tomato-rish sambal, really power and taste different from the usual sambal sotong that we are used to having.</p>
