Yearning for a reasonably good Italian cuisine? You may be pleased to find one such place located off Yio Chu Kang.

Pietro Ristorante Italiano is one such semi-fine dining Italian restaurant where you do not have to pay through your nose to enjoy an exquisite Italian fine dining. This restaurant is tucked in a row of cozy shophouses in Jalan Kelulut.
The food quality is definitely of standard and pricing is pretty reasonable for the type of quality grade especially with their daily 1 for 1 lunch promotion deal (excludes weekends and public holidays).
They offer a great selection of food options in their menu ranging from soup, salad, appetizer, pasta, pizza, meat & seafood and sweets of cos.

A creamy rich mushroom soup. The toasted focaccia definitely work wonders.

Another variation of creamy wild mushroom soup with white truffle oil foam where you get to drink it off the cup as though you were sipping a cuppa.

A creamy rich soup with crabmeat and ebiko. Bisquely tasty. This soup comes with an acquired tastebuds if you enjoy the strong seafood scent.

Caramelized Onion, Gruyere. Not the usual type of french onion soup that we are used to having. There is a vinegary taste like balsamic with each spoonful and certainly acquired to each liking.

Deep fried squid, spiced salt, lemon aioli. A great antipasto to have for a start. The squids are succulent, tender and not overly chewy. The portion served is generous too.

Seafood, Garlic, Bird’s Eye Chilli, White Wine, Grandma Seafood Tomato Sauce, Wrapped in Parchment Paper. This is one of my personal favourite pasta dish. I love the tomato-rish savoury sauce and its really appetizing.

Crayfish, garlic, white wine, bird’s eye chilli and tomato crab bisque sauce. It’s certainly nice and tasty but for the price…. I would think real “hard” paying for it if not for the 1 for 1 deal.

Tomato crab bisque, basil. Oh mine, this penne pasta is really power. The crab meat sauce really caught me by surprise. 👍👍👍

Seafood, garlic, white wine, bird’e eye chilli, squid ink sauce, grated reggiano cheese. This is another great dish though you need to exercise care when eating to avoid getting the squid ink staint.

Wagyu ragout, bechamel, fresh mozzarella. OMG! Their lasagna is heavenly good. Definitely one of the better ones that I have come across.

Saffron potato, broccolini, tomato butter. The barramundi is really a fresh catch and the fish meat is tenderly soft. The crispiness of the fish skin gives it another wow level up.

Pork belly, roasted potato, sauteed vegetable and porcini sauce. The crackling pork skin is damn power coupled with the tenderness of the pork belly. Pork lovers, this is a dish that is not to be compromised.

Beef stew, cold tomato spaghetti, sauteed vegetable and black pepper sauce. Mama mia, the beef is so tenderly soft that melts in your mouth type machiam Italian rendang! 🥰🥰

Tomato base, feta cheese, honey baked ham, rocket salad and sunny side up. The 12″ bricked oven pizza is made with perfectly thin crust and is awesomely tasty-licious.

Tomato base, mixed mushroom, honey baked ham, beef salami, pork sausage. Meat lovers, this is one must order item. Meatily delicious!
