An interesting new found place (Social Place, a franchise outlet from Hong Kong) with a retro feel of Hong Kong in the 60s serving Chinese contemporary food with great taste and sensory pleasing to the eyes.

Social Place offer a good selection of starters, mains and desserts. A cool and chic place for artisanal dining.

Deep fried prawn toast with truffle infused taste. One of my favourite item.

Shaped like mangosteen, glutinous rice ball wrapped with lobster meat.

Shrimp dumpling with a mixed of charcoal and original dumpling skin.

Loved the smoothness of the orh nee filling cutee pig bun.

Unique and tasty with chilli crab filling inside the dumpling.

Another typical dim sum menu item not to be missed.

Different from the usual form of char siu pastry that we are used to having. It tasted more like pie to me.

This is definitely interesting, beef char siu instead of pork char siu.

I enjoyed the noodle texture though the scallion noodle that I expected is different from what I envisaged. Overall, it is still nice just that it is a little too sweet for my liking.

OMG! It’s so cuteeeeee…….. couldn’t really bare to eat it. Nice pudding with the chewy texture. To me, it’s more of a visual that excite me rather than the dessert itself. 😃

Agar agar shaped in mahjong tile. Mahjong fans die die must order to HUAT AH!
This dining place is really visually appealing for diners and they certainly know how to capture & elevate the diner’s dining experience. Little details means so much. Truly artisanal. 👍👍👍
Go and try it out to experience for yourself. Sensationally beautiful and feast for the eyes.
