Recently, I chanced upon Molten Diners serving western cuisine.
This is somewhat equivalent to i-Steak Diners. Food quality is of standard and importantly, value for money. They offer a good selection of appetitizers, mains & desserts.
Onion Rings – battered crispy onion rings served with mayonnaise
Calamari Rings – breaded calamari rings served with mayonnaise
Wasabi Shrimp – breaded shrimps served with wasabi mayonnaise
White Pepper Chicken – grilled chicken steak with signature white pepper sauce, truffle mash potato, ratatouille & spear asparagus
Chicken Chop Aglio Olio – Sauteed garlic, chiili padi, purple cabbage, parsley, spaghetti & extra virgin olive oil
Chicken Cutlet Molten Rice – chicken cutlet, molten butter rice, golden raisin & sultana topped with sunny side up egg, parsley, crispy garlic & house garnish served with ratatouille
New York Stuffed Cheese Fish & Chips – pacific dory stuffed with mozzarella & parmesan cheese serves with thick cut fries & pomegranate mixed green salad, tartar sauce & lemon wedge
Pan Seared White Fish – fillet of dory seared till perfection, served with truffle mash potato, ratatouille & spear asaparagus
Sirloin Beef Neopolitan – sauteed garlic, cream sauce & basil tomato sauce, purple cabbage, parsley, spaghetti & extra virgin olive oil
NZ Grass-Fed Sirloin – a steakhouse classic & hearty cut served with signature gratin mac & cheese, curly fries, cream corn & spear asparagus
Creme Brulee – fresh milk & cream, egg yolks, vanilla extract, torched sugar coat
Chocolate Lava Fondant with Vanilla Bean Ice Cream – chocolate lava fondant, chocolate sauce, vanilla bean cream, almond crumbles
Their desserts are really power!!!
Not bad a joint to try if you run out of dining options the next time round. 😉
